Benefits

• Doubles or extends the warranty period originally offered by the manufacturer for up to one year.
• Covers the cost of repair or replacement of an item up to a maximum of USD $5,000 per account per year for Visa Gold; USD $5,000 per item up to a maximum of USD $10,000 per account per year for Visa Platinum or Visa Signature; or up to USD $5,000 per item up to a maximum of USD $25,000 per account per year for Visa Infinite.

Requirements

• Full payment with an active and valid Visa card.

Applicability

• Purchases of new items including gifts made by the cardholder.
• Eligible items must have the original warranty from the manufacturer written down, warranty must be valid for a period of three months to three years, and it must be applicable to the country where the item was purchased.
• Maximum of 30 days to make a claim from the date of damage.
